These workshops will give you the opportunity to become aware of the practical implications of the principles of the Alexander Technique in your everyday and professional life in relation to movement, stress, pain and habitual reactions.

Ne previous experience necessary.

Please come in comfortable clothes which do not impede movement and with floor socks.

Three dimensions will be explored :

• elementary notions of practical anatomy
• introduction to awareness and control of habitual reactions in our body
• learning of the Alexander Technique active resting position.
