Interactive introductory talk on the principles
and applications of the Alexander Technique

During this webinar you will be able to ask  about whatever you need to understand
about the Alexander Technique that relates to your own condition, needs and interests

You will be expected to activate your camera and make yourself visible
as this is an interactive exchange
We will be a small group of maximum 20 participants

But you will be of course free to leave the screen whenever you neet to do so

I will then send you a link, ID and password to join the meeting
the day before the meeting

I will be on Zoom at 7.50pm, 10 minutes before the beginning of the webinar

Fo those who are not familiar with Zoom please let me know
I will also be available by phone before the meeting (0477 29 10 53)

The meeting will start at 8pm promptly,
but you will be able to join later if you can’t make it on time.
